The project will perform exploratory research, user testing, data modelling and software development to identify and test innovative solutions to compare domestic smart tariffs. Delivery will include completion of a Discovery and Alpha stage in line with Government Digital Service Standards. This project is not a full consumer experience and behaviour change pilot, i.e. it will not be tracking consumers who compare and choose a smart tariff over time.
