SMT Proof of Concept - Electrical Project Works - Multi Contractor Framework

Portsmouth City Council - the 'Authority' - will be undertaking a procurement process in July / August to establish a multi contractor framework agreement consisting of specialist electrical contractors for the delivery of electrical project works within Portsmouth and the surrounding sub-regional area. The agreement will run for a period of 4 years during which individual call off contracts may be let on a project by project basis. There will be no upper or lower value constraints in respect of project contracts let by via the framework.
