Fylde Council is a progressive Local Authority located on the Lancashire coast. Two of its key services for the residents of the Borough are refuse collection and parks maintenance and development, which is proudly delivered in house. To facilitate this service, both departments are reliant on operatives working outdoor all year round. There is a need therefore, to accommodate personnel when 'on site' and provide modern welfare facilities with additional training and break out areas.
