The Authority is seeking to procure consultancy advice to conduct an audit of the HR policies and procedures, listed below, the majority, if not all, of which have been in place for between 2-5 years. Audit to consider: • Whether these policies may inadvertently have an adverse impact on employees with a disability • What steps, if any, can be taken to mitigate any adverse impact identified. Provide an interim report and full report on the findings and recommendations to be presented to the HR Deputy Director, Head of HR Policy, Head of Diversity and Inclusion and the Treasury’s Diversity and Inclusion Board.
