East Berkshire Clinical Commissioning Group ("EBCCG") are seeking expressions of interest from potential providers of a Social Prescribing Service across the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. The Social Prescribing Service is a single point of access that identifies and supports eligible patients with multiple social, emotional and practical needs.
