The provision and operation of all 9 Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC’s) only within the county boundary of Derbyshire. 2. The procurement and on going maintenance during the period of contract of brand new stock of skips and/or refurbished skips that will be assets of the Councils and used on all 9 sites from the contract go live date. The procurement shall be undertaken in accordance with the latest guidance of the UK Public Contract Regulations (PCR 2015). The procedure being used is the Competitive Dialogue Procedure (CD).
