Solent LEP - external advice on the future value of the retained rates on the Solent Enterprise Zone at Daedalus

Solent LEP, through it's accountable body Portsmouth City Council, is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project. The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to external advice about the amount of retained rates available to the LEP on an annual basis in line with the predicted growth in the Enterprise Zone.
