At this stage SCDC would like to compare costs of the vehicle contract hire and vehicle purchase and so therefore is letting this contract as lots. Bidders may bid for one or all lots. SCDC will undertake and analysis of all lots and will decide which lot is best the best option for SCDC at its discretion. It is likely to only award one lot however, SCDC reserves the right to award each vehicle to a different lot. Lot 1 is for vehicle contract hire over 5 years with accompanying warranty.
