SCDC is looking for suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the Design and Build Construction of residential dwellings of all tenure types including market sale and rent. Therefore SCDC is looking to put in place a framework contract comprising of a number of contractors to enable competitive mini-competitions for each package of construction works. The contract is for 3 year term with the option to extend each and every year for a further 1 year term at SCDC's discretion.
