SCDC is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced company who can provide FM Contracted Hard Services to the Council or SCDC's Cambourne and Waterbeach Offices. The scope of the contract is to undertake planned and emergency works to a diverse range of equipment within the Cambourne and Waterbeach buildings. This will require sufficiently qualified and experience in electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, electronics, plumbing and gas safety.
