South Cambridgeshire District Council (SCDC) are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake Toilet, Washroom and Kitchenette Refurbishment works at South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne Business Park, Cambourne, Cambridgeshire CB23 6EA. The Cambourne Offices are the home of SCDC and at the time of its opening in 2004 the building was celebrated as a landmark building. Over the years the building has had an extensive number of visitors and the building is starting to show some signs of wear.
