South Cambridgeshire District Council - Valuation and Marketing Services for the Right to Build Programme

SCDC is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced service provider who can provide valuation, marketing and selling services for self build/custom build sites within the boundary of South Cambridgeshire District Council. The service provider will need to have an established history/track record of this field, have good market knowledge of our unique area. The service provider shall use a cohesive team targeted at this bespoke area. The contract will involve sites and plots, please note that a site may contain a number of plots. Bidders shall be bidding on a per site basis, the majority of sites will be single plot, however a small number of sites contain between 2 and 4 plots. …
