North Tyneside Council (the 'Authority') is seeking tenders for the delivery of planned and responsive repairs and maintenance for operational, schools and commercial buildings. The Framework is for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further year (potential three year contract). The works will be carried out anywhere within the Borough of North Tyneside and include planned and reactive services to repair and maintain spa, sauna and jacuzzis inc auxiliary equipment.
