Specialist Support Advisors to the Cultural Sector

Norfolk County Council wishes to establish a framework agreement of specialist support advisors to deliver effective, targeted, specialist business support to SMEs and start-ups in the cultural sector, with the purpose of establishing an enterprising, entrepreneurial approach to growth. Successful applicants will be appointed to the framework agreement to provide specialist support advice in accordance with the service specification, together with the documents making up the Framework.
