North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) requires a Provider to manage the sponsorship programme for the following Authority owned assets: Roundabouts; Landscaped Areas; Village Signs; and, Town Boundary Signs. Additional Authority owned assets, may be added into the contract by the Provider, with the exception of Sponsorship of Bus Shelters. Both the Authority and the Provider shall agree the new assets that can be sponsored before any sponsorship is sold. This is a Concessions Contract and as such, the Authority will entrust the Provider the right to provide the Service.
