Spot Provider Framework for Care and Support at Home Refresh February 2019

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is developing a spot provider framework to support the provision of care and support at home (domiciliary care) across Southend. This is a refresh of the framework for new providers to join. Southend-on-Sea Borough Council invites electronic tender responses for the provision of care and support at home services spot provider framework. Providers who pass all elements of the selection criteria and meet the quality thresholds by scoring at least 50 % on all of the technical questions combined will be included on the cross-borough spot provider framework.
