The Education and Skills Funding Agency requires a suitably experienced Contractor for the delivery of a double storey intermediate internal refurbishment consisting of limited adaptation works and the remodelling of external works to make the building appropriate for an Alternative Provision (AP) facility to enable it to be used as a permanent site.
