St Erth Multi-Modal Hub - Design & Build Contract

Following the award in principle of ERDF funding, Cornwall Council seeks to appoint a suitably experienced Principal Design and Build Contractor to undertake the works to construct the new multi-modal hub facilities at St Erth Railway Station. The works comprise the provision of approximately 440 new car parking spaces to the south of the station and approximately 100 part replacement (reconfigured) and part new car parking spaces (72 existing spaces) to the north of the station with associated infrastructure.
