St Werburgh's Primary School - Refurbishment to provide an additional classroom

The contract will be for six weeks during the schools summer holidays 2019. The Council wishes to appoint a provider for the internal refurbishment to create additional space at St Werburgh's Primary School, James St, Bristol BS2 9US. The council is wising to procure a Principal Contractor to undertake the refurbishment works, as per the specification and drawings and in accordance with the JCT 2016 Minor Works contract including Schedule of Amendments.
