The Contractor shall carry out the work to all British Standard Mandatory and Statutory Regulations to include the guidelines of HTM -03. The Contractor shall provide labour, materials, management and all necessary technical resources to carry out the Planned Maintenance Programme, in accordance with the schedule provided.
