The purpose of this Tender process is to identify successful Providers who will be selected for a place on the Standing List of Approved Temporary Agency Staff Providers. Torbay Council’s requirements from this Standing List includes temporary specialist professional roles and (from February 2016) administration and beaches staff. Only those Applicants who meet the Authorities minimum requirements, by passing all of the Pass/Fail criteria and achieving a Technical Question score of 20% or more and a Method Statement score of 15% or more, will be placed on the Standing List.
