South Tees Development Corporations (STDC) is seeking to establish a demolition contractors framework ("Framework") to address the demolition of a very large inventory or former iron and steel making assets, further to the closure of SSI UK on Teesside in 2015 and the subsequent acquisition by STDC of extensive landholdings for the purposes of carrying out major economic regeneration in line with its published Master Plan.
