Harlow Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced consultants able to undertake stock condition surveys to municipal buildings in the district. The works are split into two Phases. The properties/sites are of various sizes, complexities and uses. Phase 1 of the services must be completed by 31 March 2016 and the award of Phase 2 shall be at the sole discretion of the Council.
