The requirement under this framework is for the appointment of a single competent and capable supplier for each of the 3 separate lots Lot 1 for a Strategic and Project Employer's Agent to oversee the implementation of the development program. Provide Employers Agent services in instances of performance failure and or full/partial services to Section 106/turnkey developments as appointed.
