Ofwat wishes to procure a Strategic Partner to help transform its support services such as HR,FM, Finance, IT, Procurement, Business Support and Customer Services. We do not want to outsource all of the services. We are seeking a strategic partner to work with us on a Co Sourcing approach, where we use the Partner's capacity to augment our own as and when required.We will first work with the Partner on a 6 - 12 month project to improve our processes and systems and bring them in line with the Partner's processes.
