Strategic Partner to Deliver Land Regeneration Adjacent to Victoria Hall in Settle and Other Development Opportunities

Craven District Council has identified an opportunity to establish a strategic developer partnership arrangement to lead, guide, influence and develop opportunities to secure long lasting and sustainable regeneration in the District. The Council has ambitious plans to regenerate areas of Craven. It is proposed that a Special Purpose Vehicle will be established between the Council and a Private Sector Partner to which the Council will initially commit a site which will be the focus of the initial development.
