Stroke Support Services Haringey CCG

Haringey Clinical Commissioning Group (HCCG) and London Borough of Haringey (LBH) wish to commission a high quality support services for stroke survivors and their carers in the borough. The service will aim to promote independence and enhance the health and wellbeing of individuals who have been affected by a stroke and their carers so that they can participate as full citizens in the community. The Service will be focused on supporting individuals who have been affected by a stroke and their carers access everyday activities such as leisure, education, training and work (paid and unpaid).
