Strood Masterplan

In preparing for the draft Local Plan, the council seeks suitably experienced consultants to produce a masterplan for the defined central area in Strood. The masterplan will support proposed allocations for the Medway Local Plan, and provide a sound evidence base for Medway's growth strategy and demonstrate deliverability at Local Plan Examination. This will involve the consideration of the defined town centre area, with consideration of its wider context, taking into account recent policy and regeneration programme developments.
