The Council wishes to commission a specialist and highly effective Supplementary Substance Misuse (SSM) Service to meet the changing needs of people in Oxfordshire who are experiencing problems with substance alcohol and drug use. The Service will work alongside, and enhance, existing support and treatment programmes provided by the Community Alcohol and Drug (CAD) Service currently provided by Turning Point, known locally as Oxfordshire Roads to Recovery.
