The Supplier shall supply a full tyre managed service - deliver and fit the full range of tyres as per the Councils Fleet list which ranges from Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCVs) to small vans. The Supplier shall respond promptly to requests for guidance, advice and detailed information about any aspect of the supply, delivery and fitting of tyres to be supplied and fitted under the Contract. The Supplier shall be able to provide an emergency roadside repair and replacement service.
