This will include two cafes, first located in the Portland Square Building on the main campus and second café located in John Bull Building at the Tamar Science Park. There is a requirement to reduce a number of seats on a 70%-30% mix of café style eating seats to soft seating with power solutions for working in groups or holding meetings. In addition to that as part of this programme there is a need of utilising currently unused spaces and creating social learning zones.
