Supply, Delivery and Installation of a Flow Cytometry Cell Sorter

The University is looking to purchase a flow cytometry cell sorter with the following characteristics: o Capable of both bulk and single cell sorting based on fluorescent intensity. o Should be applicable to both live and fixed cells and be flexible in terms of sorting format (ie, tubes, and different plate sizes ranging from 6-well to 96 well). o We are looking into a machine that runs with two lasers for GFP and mCherry sorting, but should ideally be upgradable to a third laser either for UV, or far-red dyes.
