The overall aim is to provide a return on the Authority's investment, improve efficiency, remove end of life equipment and plant, improve controls, reduce duplication, reduce maintenance costs and requirements . The current 600 kW boiler capacity is subject to review by the contractor to ensure that the maximum demand from the facility can be met by any replacement system.
