This contract will seek to identify a Contractor for potential installations (not guaranteed but any replacements will be identified annually and quotations sought), but predominantly maintenance (planned preventative and reactive) of new and existing doors/shutters/barriers across the Authority's estate which is located in the counties of Devon and Somerset. The majority of the contract is concentrated on the appliance bay doors.
