The scope of intended works will entail the supply & installation of fencing and boundary systems alike and repair to boundary masonry. Such works will include, but not limited to, temporary security, feather edged, rail and post, chain link, hit & miss, picket and boundary masonry repairs. The Fencing works will comprise of front and rear boundaries and ad hoc inter boundary fencing. The Contractor will also be required to provide a Customer Liaison service throughout the works. The agreement is to be a multi-year agreement under the JCT Measured Term 2016 Form of Contract enabling calling off Orders for works when individual requirements arise.
