To fund the alternate delegate representing the UK at the District Heating and Cooling Technology Collaboration Programme (TCP), which is part of the International Energy Agency (IEA). Additional information: This contract was procured via Single Tender Action. Reasons for this are as follows: The BRE are currently in place and acting as the Chair of the programme. To replace the chair at this time would cause a significant level of disruption to the IEA Programme.
