The Catapult requires service provider to draw upon specialist knowledge in the fields of engineering and advanced maths to devise a replicable and dynamic city optimisation solution. The services will comprise of two phases: Phase 1: A generic city model will be developed which maps data and general characteristics into agreed financial, social and environmental KPIs.
