They use direct labour as well as sub-contractors The purpose of this tender is to set up a frame work of suppliers for the supply only of various residential doors with the view to awarding a primary provider for each lot. The supply of doors is predominantly for planned work and refurbishment projects however there will be occasion for a quick ‘turn around’ door of various types which is covered in lot 4.
