Supply of shrubs and general amenity plants - Portsmouth 2018-2022

Portsmouth City Council ('the council') is inviting tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to supply and deliver shrubs and other plants ('plants') to Portsmouth. Two departments within the council, the Green and Clean Team and Parks department, are adopting a collaborative approach to procure the plants and shrubs that they buy throughout the year. The council's Green and Clean Team plant and maintain amenity shrubs around the council's housing and property estates.
