The service is to be provided in respect of all the vehicles operated by EMAS including owned, leased and where applicable short-term hire, covering predominantly EMAS' Lot(s) areas but extended to all areas of the mainland UK as the need may arise for vehicle repatriation. This a rare occurrence. The Supplier shall operate a priority vehicle recovery scheme in line with the SLA, which will ensure that EMAS receives a high-quality recovery, repair, ad-hoc moves, roadside service, mis-fuel service and storage of motor vehicle service within their areas.
