Support to early years providers inc. a framework agreement for short term childcare provision

This service is to support the LA in meeting its statutory responsibility to provide advice, information and guidance to all early years providers and to provide specific support to those providers judged as requiring improvement or inadequate by Ofsted. The service will provide tailored support to childminders and pre-schools only. The provider will also support LA sufficiency targets and the development of flexible provision.
