In addition, the Service will provide stable, quality accommodation which enables tenants to sustain their own tenancy, access appropriate services, receive support and move on into permanent housing. The contract will commence on 1st April 2020 for a period of 3 years with option to extend for an additional 2 years subjecting to performance and funding.
