Supported Accommodation for Homeless, Complex Single People 24/7 high level support (pathway from Temporary accommodation / Hostel Provision)

This Tender includes two contracts (Lots) to provide a supported accommodation scheme to single people who are: • 18+ • Who have been assessed as homeless • Have been assessed as having a variety of support needs through the supported accommodation eligibility assessment and panel process. The project will accommodate single people, both male and female, and provide flexible housing related support to help individuals to live independently and move onto suitable, affordable alternative housing.
