Supported Housing Services For Single Homeless People

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is seeking to establish Contracts to deliver support within supported accommodation to vulnerable adults (over 18) who are currently /or at risk of becoming homeless to prepare for independent living within a settled accommodation setting. The Service/s shall play a key role in assisting the Local Authority to support vulnerable single homeless adults or those at risk of becoming homeless, supporting statutory homelessness duties and contributing to various strategies.
