We are seeking partners to support in the delivery of supported internship and employability programmes to move a small number (circa. 35) Reading College and Bracknell & Wokingham college learners with EHCPs into sustainable employment or volunteering opportunities in Berkshire. This provision will focus on developing young people's employment skills through intensive job coaching in the workplace and sourcing placement opportunities with employers.
