The falls to the front 1.5m will be changed so that all rainwater drains to the perimeter. This will involve forming new fascia / soffit and installing new rainwater goods. The whole roof will receive a new liquid applied waterproof membrane (Bauder PMMA). The work will also involve installing new underground storm drainage and connection to existing infrastructure.
