The Service in terms of collection, storage and delivery is restricted geographically to within Northern Ireland. The Framework Agreement will be divided into three (3) Lots: a) Lot One – Belfast Region b) Lot Two – North Region c) Lot Three – South Region. Tenderers may bid for one, two or all three Lots.
