It is the intention of Derry City and Strabane District Council, as the Employer, to appoint a Quantity Surveyor led Integrated Consultant Team (ICT). The Council’s Environment team will design and the Quantity Surveyor Led ICT will assist the delivery of more graves to Ballyoan, Strabane, Mountcastle and Castlederg (BSMC) Cemeteries. The commission will consist of two phases of services. The ICT is to allow for the programme for the cemeteries to proceed together or separately.
