The provider must prepare tax returns and tax notes to the financial statements for the five separate organisations, GPHG; GPHA; Plumlife; Cube; and Terra Nova. Further, the preparation and submission of the consolidate Corporate Interest Restriction return, to be submitted alongside the corporation tax returns. GPHG also expects to require other advisory work throughout the course of the contract.
