The Authority is tendering for the distribution of its tabloid newspaper, “Bolton Scene” under the Authority’s Framework Agreement. The standard edition is tabloid size (currently 37cm tall by 28 cm wide), 16 pages with a 123,000 print run. There is no guarantee of a minimum number of publications being produced; however the previous Framework Agreement period saw four editions per year. The number of pages can change on occasion due to a number of factors which includes but is not limited to number of adverts in any given edition and supplements of four, eight and occasionally more pages.
